We offer a 14-day return policy.This means that you have 14 days from receiving your order to submit a return request.

Terms for returns

To return an item, it must fulfil the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, labelled and in its original packaging.
  • You need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return a product

Follow the steps below to start a return process:

  1. Prepare the return Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging. Please note that the return costs are covered by you.
  2. Send the product back Send the parcel, preferably with a tracking number, to the address below: Return address: 5th Floor, East Elevator, Building 5, Niannianhong Furniture Group, No. 201 Yongmao Road, Choujiang Street, Yiwu City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. Return costs:
    • The cost of returns varies depending on the size of your order and your location.
    • For customers in United Kingdom, the estimated costs are between £15 and £30 via DHL.
  3. Confirm Your Return Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to complete your return. Please note that items returned without a request will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the return costs. We recommend that you use a shipping method with a tracking number.

Exchange

To exchange an item, first return it and then place a new order. In some cases, we offer free exchange of sizes.Please contact us if you need a different size and we will be happy to help you further.

Cancellation policy

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders as our warehouse is fully automated. Orders are processed within 12 hours.If something is wrong with your order, please contact us immediately for possible changes.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will then provide a suitable solution.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable items, special order products and personal care products. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you of a refund authorisation. The refund will then be paid out via the original payment method within 10 working days.If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at support@bybellucci.com.

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and provide us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Picture of the defective or incorrect product
  • Description of the problem
